01 – Estudio y estrategia

Nos vemos en nuestras oficinas, tu vivienda, local, oficina o finca y nos comentas cuales son tus necesidades del proyecto, tus gustos, preferencias y tus inquietudes.

Te proponemos un plan de trabajo sobre el proyecto con fechas, y juntos desarrollamos la idea y buscamos las soluciones. Así, comenzamos a darle forma a esa magnífica idea que ahora solamente existe en el papel.

02 – Diseño

Nos armamos de inspiración y creatividad para darle forma y textura al anteproyecto en caso de que no existiera. Valoramos todos los aspectos, tanto los técnicos como la planificación económica y los tiempos.

03 – Documentos y Proyecto técnico

Con el anteproyecto finalizado desarrollamos las especificaciones y planos para entregar un proyecto técnico junto a la documentación necesaria para poder elaborar el presupuesto y ejecutar el trabajo designado.

Y ahora vamos a trabajar a tope para conseguir un presupuesto económico, justo y equilibrado que, “al final de cuentas, es lo que cuenta”.
